Today we arrived in Stratford-upon-Avon where we visited Anne Hathaways cottage! It was the cutest little cottage surrounded by a lush garden. Much of the home contained original pieces and architecture. The rooms were small, the roof short, and the view magnificent! It was a treat to experience the area where Shakespeare met and wed his wife. We learned about his origins and his early career as a writer. The cottage was as romantic as his plays!

Traveling to the city of Bath and visiting Stonehenge was definitely a highlight of the trip! Bath was a quaint little town full of history. The Baths of healing water were used by ancient Romans to cure diseases and relieve stress. They are made up of natural water from hot springs and the steam can be seen rising.
