Seize the day Sally. Miranda says...
I met Sally at Tony's flat at Grey Street in Palmerston North. She was a vegetarian and a scientist. I was a scientist too. However, I liked meat. Not a perfect match but close enough for a mallow puff.
Point being, scientists are cool and ridiculously good-looking.
(Tony did Horticultural Science. See where I am going with this?)
Tony's friend from the Massey University Drama Society hung out at Grey Street too. He was going to move into Tony's room once he left on his OE. This guy started smilng at me. So, I started hanging out a bit more so I could smile back. I went "around" with the Smiler for a few years. It ended. He's still ok. Read his blog about building a house. http://tinyurl.com/nnbc95l
Sally got use to me I guess, I didn't go away.
She's witty, smart, makes a great cup of tea and really knows her music. Sally, has on many occasions, been my travel buddy. We have fun!
We decided to ask Sally along on this trip because she has a number of talents that are very useful.
The main one is her "Aint no party like an S Club party" laugh.
Oh yeah. We will be out on the town and we will say to Sally "do the laugh!"
She laughs - joyously, with gay abandonment and tosses her long blondish hair.
And everybody at that bar or restaurant or gig - wants to be at our table because it sounds like we are having so - much - fun.
And you know what, we are!
