Denmark was our last port of call and we also managed to sqeeze in a visit to Arus where we visited Christina and Tina who we met whilst traveling in Australia. Copenhagen is stunning and has a fantastic vibe. We saw the statue of the little mermaid which is Denmark's best known monument. We took in the sights on foot and also took a sightseeing boat trip from Nyhavn - New harbour the long canal is lined on both sides with colorful houses and numerous restaurants. At the top of the Rundetarn there is an excellent vantage point to view Copenhagen. Tivoli is Denmark's famous attraction and was opened in 1843 and is great for a family day out. We also briefly walked through Christiania which is a hippy district promising an alternative lifestyle...During a spot of shopping on our last day we randomly bumped into Lea Dyrup who we also met on tour in Australia, she was a sales assistant in the department store
