Tanya and Claudia's take on the World
Next it was onto Oslo where we took in most of the sights on foot, the star attractions included Karl Johanns gate which is the busiest thoroughfare in Norway, The Radhuset- the new city hall, Akershus Slott - fortress standing guard over Oslo. We then went by boat to Bygdoynes where we explored some of the remarkable museums and saw some awesome Viking Vessels and chilled out for a bit on the beach. We also went to Vigelandspaarken which is Oslo's largest park and houses 212 sculptures depicting humanity in all it's forms.
The following day we ventured further afield to Fredrikstad by train, this is a quaint little fortress town with cobbled streets and laid back vibe.
