Day 4
We've had a huge day today staying in Kununurra to check out the sites.
First up we went to the Kununurra Lookout. After a short uphill rocky climb (me carrying an extra 16kgs) it was a very pretty view and all the rocky formations at the top were beautiful and the girls loved climbing and jumping on them, me nervously watching.
We then moved on to the Ivanhoe Crossing and it too was very beautiful. We would have liked to drive across it but the road was closed as the water was running pretty fast.
Next stop was the stone gallery where they had such amazing Kimberley rocks all polished and carved into beautiful shapes. I bought a little pyramid and Erika bought a stack of stuff and almost spent half her pocket money.
Then, Andy, I and the girls went to Lake Argyle. We had lunch at the Lake Argyle Resort and then went on a Cruise over the lake for a few hours finishing off with a sunset swim. It was absolutely beautiful - the sunset was amazing setting over the water.
The girls throughly enjoyed it too and we got to see some freshwater crocodiles and some wallaroos and see some fish feeding. This was also a touch nerve racking as Char and Tor kept climbing the sides to get a better view
