The day is finally here!!!
Off to a good start - left home at 8am heading for the Qld / NT border.

Stopped at the border for a photo and after living in Mt Isa for 8 years it was the first time for the girls and I.

We continued on for the rest of the day and finally finished up at the Threeways Roadhouse for the night.

The girls travelled very well today and enjoyed a cool ice cream after we had set up our camp.

Chicken Stirfry for dinner and an early night
