Afetr the morning boat to Koh Phangan, we arrived and got a transfer taxi to Haad Rin Beach. We found a bungalow just off the beach to stay (prices were still high after the Full Moon Party three days earlier!) and hit the beach. That night we arranged to meet up with an old mate from Wyedean 6th Form, Chiddy! Lambert had seen him recently but it had been years for me so would be good to catch up.

After some food, me and Tom headed down to the beach (where the bars extend out onto) , had a few beers and watched a fire show, before heading along it to meet Chiddy and his girlfriend. We partied long into the night... great fun... but at a cost....

Woke next morning with the worst hangover so far this trip. The only productive thing I did was go and buy a new phone to replace the one I left in Hoi An. We also booked our ticket to Phuket for the following morning, as we realised we weren't going to be able to make the Half Moon Party and the journey across South Thailand was apparently more difficult that we imagined... time would prove this to be true!!!

Next morning we got up and left at 10am, expecting to be in Phuket by 7pm!
