My back hurt so much this morning that it was a good thing that I got out of bed. :C ...aaaaaarrrgghh!!
It's so irritating when you just don't ever know when exactly it'll hurt and when not.. Lucky thing was that we didn't have a travelling day today! I'd have died, or I'd have had to take like 3-4 Panacods to survive, which would have been sua harsh medicalisation, that I'd had mostly slept. Duh.
So we couldn't go today with the tuktuk to the minor temples of Angkor, 'cause my back just couldn't take it. :( It's SO irritating, but then again there's nothing much I can do, but to rest, take pain killers and walk slowly/take it easy.
And do some back training which I've got from my fysiotherapist back home.
So I did those and then we went to the city to do some shopping then, smth nice for ourselves to bring bac home and for mums and so.
And we actually found nice things: I found silver rose earrings for my mum & we bought ourselves a Cambodian lion (though it looks like a demon, which is much more fun ;D ), as a shadow puppet, made from cow skin! It's very cool looking! :D
So shopping, check!
I was a bit blasted in the morning, 'cause we couldn't do what we were planned because of me and lost some 20$ in the 3 day Angkor ticket, and therefore I was in pretty bad mood too, but in the evening it was gone, and my back also felt maybe a bit better.
I did my back training again at evening and streched my leg muscles a bit and took relaxation pills with pain killers when I went to bed, so it'd hopefully be better in the morning.
And tomorrow we have planned to go see the remote Koh Ker temple and The real jungle temple; Beng Melea, so it'll a nice day tomorrow, I'm sure! =)
