Our car came to pick us up from the Sanctuary Villa, to take us to Siem Riep. 35$ is not such a bad price for the journey. And for the comfort of your own car and driver. And the most important reason for using these private taxis atm, is that my back stays in ok shape. I've had such a problems with it the whole Spring, that I really don't want that to ruin any day of this vacation! And if it gets f.ex. too much bumpy roads in bad vehicles, it starts to hurt. And then it just hurts, and hurts, and hurts.. (Problems with one joint in the spine, which has been lowered.). DON'T want that! I think we still will use also some busses at some point, but now it's not the time yet.
And tomorrow, as my b-day, we're going for a nice 4h horseback riding tour :D It's been a year again, since I've ridden the last time, but for doing it daily for about > 10 yrs, it's a skill you won't ever forget. :))
