We got back to the hotel in Hanoi at 5am ish, nicer hotel than first time on Hanoi, 3 to a room so we got showered, freshened up, slept for half an hour the breakfast at 6.30 before leaving to airport at 7.30am.

Flight left Hanoi at 10.45am after purchasing couple more things!! Quick flight, only hour and half, enough time for meal and then we touches down in hong kong. Enough time for some duty free shopping before connecting flight to london!

Flight duration=12hours!!! It's a long sit!!! Couldn't find my flight socks when we left Vietnam so my feet and legs are really sore and very swollen....photos to follow haha!

In flight entertainment playing up, so has to be re set, I'm sitting with chris and Sean so plenty entertainment!!!

This flight is a nightmare!! Food has been rubbish and the steward just took my tray away while I was sleeping and spilt apple juice all down my trousers! Looks like I've pee'd myself and only 40mins of flight remaining!! Great!!!

So, flight over, said my goodbyes to Chris and Sean, jackie and John and off to the ibis for the night before flight home in the morning.

Just waiting on flight home now. 8days of cycling around Vietnam in the heat, 650km travelled, 17km climbs for breakfast and meeting loads of interesting people that I will defintely be keeping in touch with.

This was without a shadow of a doubt the best experience of my life! I raised over £4500 for Beating Bowel Cancer, all thanks to my Granny...thank you!
