I've started running again. I have started back on couch to 5km. She has stopped running with me, she just walks. There are mornings when GN is running with me, and we pass her on the street, she tries hard to smile a hello and we do the same. I don't know what to do about her, I hate spending time with her now because I can feel her distaste.

Out with the old, in with the new. 2012 can go and eat a bag of d*** !

It's been a hard few months. Between the stress of work, being in a long distance relationship that is going backwards, the break up and the near death experience I need a break. I did manage to smash out my starcrest in one weekend. 3 out of 3 but I paid the price. It obviously wasn't my day to go that day. I learnt a lot from that experience and I will never forget.
