We arrived in Arequipa just at the right time as it was their annual festival, so the place was a bit mad. Arequipa had this lovley plaza in the centre on town where everything was happening. We found a nice hostel which had a garden and as the weather was so good we spent our first few day sunning it up just so we dont look out of place in england when we come back. We eventually left Argentina, a country we were not planning to have an adventure in, back into a country that was quite expensive even compared to the rest of travelling. As Uruguay is just a short boat ride away from B.A. we thought we would go and get another stamp in our passport, and of cause to see another country and capital as Montevideo.
