Landed in Melbs, met our Baby!
Having left Singapore, we finally met up with Albie & Ryan, after a year of being apart. Mich fresh as a daisy, having slept in both our seats, ('didnt you manage to sleep just?'). Lucky the coffee shout from Albs gave me a pick up, then off to Melbs on the sky bus. Got to give it to the Aussies, public transport in Melbourne is spot on. A whistle stop of Melbs, including the Shrine of rememberance (Tim would love it) by tram and it was a night in 'Pint on Punt' hostel (karma to mich for the seat nicking), probs the grottiest digs of the trip . Ry gave me a tour of the bar, and sampled the local beers, very nice.
Having picked up our relocation 'Ute', we were off on the Great Ocean road, fantastic! Within 2 days, we'd (me) spotted wild koala's, emu's, Echidnas, kangaroos, s*** load of lizards, parrots, cockatoos, with no RTA's. Result.
The Grampians National Park was our next stop, Mich concerned about our next nights accomodation...'Neds Beds Hostel' 'Not me love, Albs n Ryans call,' lol. Grampians were amazing, landscape straight from Croc Dundee, including the roos, assorted birds and wildlife. From here it was a drive to Adelaide (coffee stops a plenty), via the Pink Lake...different!
We'll update in a few days when we leave Adelaide, to fly to Perth....

Justin Lol, that tickled us Peg. You'll be coming on the Whitsundays cruise though, jumping in the sea (sharks and crocs only around during the night apparently!). Having a great time, we can't wait to see you in December xx
