April 17 being yesterday was my birthday and ohhh what a day.
We went to Aston Norwood for brunch and a stroll down memory lane as this was the setting of our marriage together some years ago. So picturesque and beautiful.
In the afternoon we were joined by our dear mother and our dear friend Sandy for a sumptuous afternoon tea where much gaiety and laughter occurred.
The evening ended with a twilight stroll through the woods leading to Rivendell.
What more could one want.
