Hey guys! We had our last day in Australia yesterday and it rained lol. Not bad for our first rainy day since Darwin! We didn't do too much, slept and looked around Paddy's Markets and souvenier shops which were very tacky. Last night we went out with Fran and Jenny for a few goodbye drinks before going to bed because of our early start in the morning! We got up at 5 this morning to catch our shuttle to the airport, only to find it came early and went without us. So we had to squash in the next shuttle which was at 6am. Our flight was at 8.30am and it was ok. Just a little turbulance! Got a shuttle to our new hostel and the woman driver was a weirdo! The hostel is pretty nice, 3 of us in a room though :( We came for a walk into the town square and watched a street performer which was poor! Had some fish and chips for lunch, which came in a bag so we had to eat it all with our fingers, but it was very nice. It is freezing cold here, around 16 degrees. We rang up to book onto the kiwi experience bus and we start that on Monday at 7.15am. Off to find a supermarket for our food for the weekend, then not doing much tonight apart from trying to keep warm! Love Steven and Stephanie xx
