Hey everyone! Yesterday we went to Bondi Beach in the day which was exciting! It was a pretty beach but very busy. It was nice and hot so we had a picnic on the grass overlooking the beach and then went for a walk along to the end of the beach and back before having a sunbathe. Last night we went to the Minus 5 bar. It was the coolest bar we have ever been to. It was just bbbrrrrrilliant! It looked like there were a few foreigners in, i think a couple were from Chile. The only disappointment was when a asked the barman for some ice in my cocktail, but he said they had ran out!! Seriously it was a really good bar. Before we went in we had to put on parkers, 2 pairs of gloves and I had to wear ugg boots. They then showed us a video about it before we could go in. Inside everything except the floor is made of ice - the bar, the chairs, the tables, the walls, the lamps, the waterfall, the curtains, the chandeliers, the glasses which we got a free cocktail in and you had to keep moving around the glass where you were drinking from as it kept melting! They also had loads of ice sculptures and statues everywhere - they had loads of animals like kangaroos, dolphins, an eagle, a swan, a sea horse, a frog with a crown on. They also had an ice statue of the opera house and the harbour bridge aswell as lots of statues of people! We were only allowed in for half an hour because you would actually freeze if you stayed in longer! Today we looked around Paddy's Markets and are going for a drink with a couple from our Northern Territory trip! Flying to New Zealand tomorrow at 8.05am. So the next update will be from there!
