Lou and i were up fairly early again and walked into town. We ran a couple of errands before checking in to ... BUNGY JUMP! We had booked the night before to do the 'Nevis' Bungy which is the heighest in Australasia at 134m! It took around 45mins to get there. on our way we dropped of some other people to another bungy jump which looked pretty high, it was only 1/3 of the nevis one! When we gt there it went quite quickly. We got harnessed up, got in a cable car and set off over to the jump station, that was bad enough! it was swaying and very high! i was shaking altho ity wasnt from nerves it was from the temp. it was soooo cold! when we got across we got set up and then one-by-one we were called up. the first guy who did it said hed done loads. within second he was strapped up and off!! hero! It came round to my turn. i was told what to do, mainly that there was a red leaver on my left foot and when i was on my way up fom the second bounce to yank it and i would rotate the right way around. then came the ledge and i heard smile, 3.2.1 go. next thing without thinking i was leaping into the air like a world class diver (mike barra would have been proud of that dive!). the feeling was, erm, sensational lets say. hard to describe but it took your breathe away! now came to pull the leaver...and i couldnt bloody do it! the two before me couldnt either so when we came up we looked like fish on the end of a fishing line!! turns out bercause i had boots on it had got stuck. i wasnt goping to yank it around in mid air! After we had all jumped we got back into the cable car and across to the centre. (lou got stuck in the cable car haha!) after purchasing out pics and dvd and recieving out free tshirt we headed back. what a morning!

When we arrived back at queenstown i went to get my phone (i dropped it in subway when getting breakky and someone found it for me!!) and then went back to the hostel. we had some lunch, went to get a new tyre as the front nearside was as bald as a babys bum! and then toni said he fancied going on a walk up the mountain just behind the hostel. he said it was only a 45 min round trip so we said we would go. turns out it was called 'tiki TREK'and took an hour to get up the cliff! iot was hard work. well worth it for the views tho. we grabbed some lunch and then lou and i cheated and got a cablke car to the bottom! best $14 i spent i think. after that lou went to town for some things and i had a power nap. that evening we went out for dinner and a few drinks before heading to the casino again. this time i ended up $40 down so not great. (i think s iand debs used all the look tfor the english when they were here!) It was full of chinese who were dead rude. well, they had thousands infront of them so must have been concentrating! some of them were slipped cards by the manager during the night, what does that mean!???
