Day 18: Manhattan
10am walking Tour of Greenwhich Village.
Very informative tour of the village followed by the East Village Rock/punk tour with Bobby Pinn.
Loved my time 'in the village' and both tours were so cool. I got to take heaps of photos of the beautiful neighbourhoods where the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker and Robert de Niro live.
So serene and so very different to the New York of Times Square that I saw yesterday.
I love this part of New York and find I don't want to leave :(
My two great discoveries of the day were St Marks Place and John Varvatos' store which was the former home to CBGB'S. I'm in love with the rock nostalgia in his store and take heaps of photos.
This, along with elements from The Redbury will inspire me one day when I have my own place or shop.
Such a culturally inspiring day, full of my favourite things: music, fashion and Art.
