Day 10: Leaving Las Vegas After checking out, we head to L.A. as our tour reaches its end. Day 9: Grand Canyon Early start today. 5am, as we have a 2 and a 1/2 hr drive to the Grand Canyon. We visit the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, which is owned and run by the Halopai Indian tribe. The Grand Canyon is like Uluru inverted. It's massive and quite breathtaking. As I chose not to do the helicopter flight, I tour the reservation instead and learn about they're homes and customs.
