Day 2:
Today I did a tour of LA with VIP Tours. We visited all of the LA landmarks, such as:
Manns Chinese Theatre, where the stars have left foot and hand prints in the cement.
Walked on The Hollywood wall of fame
Stopped for photos at, Beverly Hills, the Hollywood sign and Santa Monica.
We stopped off at Venice Beach, which is very colourful with many colourful characters to match. Loved the canals and I got to see the massive Jim Morrison mural, which was awesome.
I bought afew souvenirs from here and even got to take a photo with ZOLTAR!
Must admit, I thought that Hollywood was bigger? Or maybe it just seemed that way on tv or in the movies. Even there fire trucks are smaller than ours, but what they lack in size, they make up for in sound.
I watched about 6 of them rush down Hollywood Blvd, (the sound was deafening).
Hollywood Blvd reminds me of Surfers Paradise as does Venice beach.
Met Judy, a fellow Aussie who was really nice and ate lunch with her at the Farmers market, which has a European feel to it.
Favourite part of today, was meeting 'Betty' (stage name) whom I met whilst having a cigerette on the stairs of The Roosevelt hotel.
She told me of how she's from Arizona and she's here running away from her boyfriend! I took a photo of her as she was really cool and I loved her look.
I hope to meet many more like her, as I find it's the people that you meet along the journey that make it memorable : )

Brad Lessware You did exactly the same tour as me and I loved it also. How cool are the Venice canals. How cheesy is Hollywood! I'm going to keep reading your blog and relive some of my memories!
