Tuesday 1st April

Just a chill out morning as we were in no rush to get to somewhere. Once we were ready, we headed off towards the main crafts markets which we managed to find this time. Most stalls were pretty the same and certainly pressured us to buy something! So we left and walked towards the waterfront to look around the mall so you could say that today was a shopping day! Before we started to browse around, we thought to see if there is a chance to visit the Robben Island but unfortunately there was no chance. They are sold out till Friday. However there was a mini exhibition nearby for free, all about the island in the old days. We were hanging around till 2pm ish and then we decided to treat ourselves a 99 ice cream which was lovely! We then headed back to the hostel, feeling so worn out!! The weather today was so high and too hot for our liking. We could say that it was probably at 35C max. As we were already worn out, we just chilled out, reading books, internet etc. Tomorrow is our last day so we plan to do the relaxing by the pool before packing everything in, ready for the airport at 10am to take us back to Johannesburg.
