Still on a high from our fantastic round the island snorkelling trip yesterday, we spent the day relaxing in the sunshine and the sea with Andy and Jodie, regailing them with all the stories of the underwater world from the day before. I'd even seen a baby shark! We have spent a good while at Sairee beach now and the days on the beach are all fairly samey, so not too much to report really.

In the evening I had the most beautifully tender and fresh whole white snapper cooked to perfection on the BBQ.
