This morning we drove out to Frenchmans Bay to see a dear friend of Uncle Arthurs Dr. John Francis and his wife Maggy. On the way out we stopped at the gap and natural bridge, what spectacular views. They are two natural features carved from ancient granite by the forces of nature, the gap features a 25 mtre. sheer drop to the ocean. Next we went down to Good Beach another pretty spot. We went to Dr. Francis house where he served us morning tea then John and Maggy looked at Uncle Arthurs book saying they were very impressed, we finaly said our goodby. We went back to town where we wandered around looking in many shops.

5 12 2013 The six of us went out for breakfast today which was very nice, then back to the van to prepare for Monica coming for lunch. We did a lot of talking and i showed Monica some photoes. After Monica left we went to the fort but it was closed. Took a photo of dog rock fueled up then back to van. We went for a walk on the board walk that goes up around the point with lovely views tomorrow we head for Esperance.
