We decided to skip the trip to Nikko and planned a day in Tokyo, to close all the gaps that we did not get to see earlier.
We left the hotel late, after noon and headed to a beautiful garden in the northern part of the city.
The weather was brutal with almost 40 degrees and close to 100% humidity. That made the stroll through the garden horribly sweaty.
We then continued to see the huge baseball arena nearby, had some cold drinks and went on to see a big Shinto shrine.
We then proceeded and took a stroll through Yoyogi park and its lovely shrine.
A short train back to the hotel, a quick shower and we were off to yet another great club dinner.
Tomorrow we`re off to Nagoya by Shinkansen train, which we bought tickets for today.
