First day of Kiwi Experience bus today we headed from Auckland to Hot water beach where we got to dig a hole near the thermal outlet and soaked in the hole. It was way too fecking hot though. Then headed out to Cathedral Cove which was a really scenic walk but my god it was like constant up and down and bloody hurt I nearly collapsed. Anyway it was a gorgeous beach and worth it. It was straight to Whitianga. The hostel/hotel was gorgeous and got to know the group over jenga and The Wedding Singer. The spa here was yummy too.
