For anybody coming to Nadi stay at Mamas tropic of capricorn its like 6euro a night and the lady who runs it is like our southern hemisphere mother! She totally looked after us and gave us free food and stuff! Another thing to do in Fiji is to try Kava! Its this drink thats apparently very good for you and they all drink it in this ceremony from a big wooden bowl. Its tastes yuck and looks dirty and muddy. However it does make your mouth numb and if you have enough it makes you kinda stoned. Sinead Today Joe(Fijian guy) suggested to the guys that we could get tattoes safely and cheaply from an American guy born in Fiji that is teaching him to tattoo called Steve. So they said O.K. I went along too to see if the needles were safe and stuff. So Joe Came to get us after work and we had some beers and we all went to Steves. His workshop was in his livingroom and his needles were clean. Me and Tom went and got Tattoes from him. Occasionally seeing his wife and kid in the kitchen. Then we all went to the Hamburg Bar for beers and food. Joe told us some dirty jokes then and lost to me in pool. We stayed there till about 11 and got pretty tired (days in fiji are pretty long) so we left him off to hit on the bar lady. Never a Dull Moment. Pa
