We were on Ko Samui for 2 weeks in total and mostly we just sun bathed because the weather was gorgeous (too hot at some times). We got to Koh Phangan 2 days before the full moon party and just got to know the area, which was so much busier then Koh Tao. The resort is the nicest we have stayed at since we came to Thailand, as it had its own beach - though not quite the nicest we have seen. We came here by overnight boat, which we got after being told that the boat was broken and needed to go to another port to catch a different boat. On the way the bus broke down and we were stranded for over an hour. When they re-filled the petrol they took us back to the original pier because we had missed the other one. We felt like immigrants sneeking into a country because the boat was so cramped and we travelled with pigs and lots and lots of mosquitos. When ...

We came to Phuket in the rain and the whole time we were here it rained. The beach looked really nice but no-one was there because ofthe rain, so while we were here we mainly shopped, went bowling, or having a drink. It has the most number of bars I have ever seen in a small area, and a hundred times more Thai women looking for business- if you know what I mean!
