We have one more day left in New Zealand then we fly to Fiji on Sunday. I must say I am looking forward to a bit of sun! It has been fairly good weather here but its autumn now so temperatures only get up to about 18c. We went to Hanmer Springs today to visit the thermal hot pools. It was lovely and relaxing, some were really hot, about 42c.

We have done some really good tours here and seen as much as we could of the South Island. We would say the best thing NZ has to offer is the scenery! We have learnt to cook a lot more than noodles and pasta since we have been here too, Scott has also developed a taste for wine!

There has been a few after shocks here in the last few days as its around the full moon. We haven't felt any but one was recorded at 4.1.

We'll have to come back one day and do the North Island. Bring on the Fiji Islands.
