Today is Sunday the 5th. We lost an hour overnight (summertime), so it's 9 hours earlier in Holland now (not really practical when you want to skype..). So on Monday I tried to call the NSW (New South Wales) surfing association for about 4 hours, but they were busy the whole time. Finally I tried to call the guy from the surf school, but he wasn't there, so.. I just went to Manly (north of Sydney) by ferry and I bought a new surfboard: really nice: 6'3 swallow tail: a JS (a real Australian board ;-). The guy from the surf shop, Gary, was really nice and advised me to go to the Manly Surf School to look for a job....
