Kurt was in bed rough from a full day on the beer so I headed out chasing the blue sky around Stanley Park, it was like runners paradise with great views of the city and the waterfront, before I knew it I was 5km in and waving at Kurt from the other side of the bay, it was a great place to run & the city had such a friendly feel to it, we packed up after breakfast and headed to Joyce & Ron’s on the west coast express we were looking forward to seeing friendly faces and hearing all about Canada first hand....
