Vancouver was more of a damp cold compared to the crisp air in Toronto, in fact the Weather was like being back home pouring it down all day so we decided against grouse mountain, we took advantage of the gym and swimming pool we had in the new hotel which was great. We headed up to Capilano Suspension bridge which is In North Vancouver only 20 minutes on a shuttle bus from the waterfront, the park had lots of different things to do totem pole tours, tree top walks, the famous suspension bridge and the cliff walk all of which weren’t very appealing to me being scared of heights! Our first night in Vancouver was eventful after dropping our bags and heading out to the MLS the walk back to the hotel was fun, we had purposely booked a budget hotel in the centre of Vancouver to save a bit of cash and to be near the bar area on Granville street.
