So at last i get a chance to update the journal!! So much has happened in the last few months, ill probably keep it all quite brief. Firstly, Becs has decided that she is going to head home. She has spent the last 2 months in oz to try and get her knee better in a warmer climate, but its still not improving as much as it should, so she's decided to call it a day with the trip and return to oz when her knee is better and she can do everything she wants to do. This sucks, but at least it will give her a chance to recover properly.  So its just me from now on...strange...scary...but quite exciting at the same time! 

So..the last few months in queenstown...becs moved to oz :o(....i moved into a lodge place where a load of people up the mountain lived! This turned out to be a very good move, and my social life increased even more than what it previously was!! (not so good!) With going out every night and working and riding every day, and it was soo much fun!! lol  its like first year of uni again and living in halls!! You can imagine!

Been trying a few of the adventure activities...done a bridge bungy jump...at night and drunk.,..and got totally soaked!! was soo scary but amazing at the same time!! also did a 15000ft sky dive!!  absolutely amazing...and so much less scary than the bungy!! incredible but true!!

Went to a few other mountains in the area for a change of scenary...Cardrona and Treble Cone which was great fun..and had a go in the half pipe (im useless) and in the parks attempting jumps and rails..sometimes successful, sometimes not! 

The moutain has shut now though which sucks, and im missing it loads! also means that most of my friends have left as well, with about 6 of us left its not the same but we are managing!!

Tomorrow i am leaving queenstown and although im sad and gonna miss it, i feel its time to go as its changing into the summer season with a differnet type of people here, and i definately prefer the winter crew! Im doing a 6 week road trip round New Zealand with 2 girls from work...Amy who is Aussie and Keltie who is Canadian! We have bought a car (a subaru Legacy) and a tent and we shall see where we end up! Im very excited about it!

Will keep you more updated now i am travelling again - i promise! I can't wait to see the real new zealand and get out of the queenstown bubble that you end up living in!!!
