This is the place I have been looking forward to so far as we get to go to Australia Zoo!...I'm still such a kid! :)
The animals here are well looked after and throughout the day the zoo keepers give talks and shows which make it interesting. We saw comodo dragons, tortoises, pythons, giraffe, tigers, rhinos, kangaroo's and many more.
Dan had his picture taken with a huge Python and Sarah had one wiv a baby alligator.
The main show that we were all looking forward to was in the famous Steve Irwin Crocaseum! As it was Easter holidays we were lucky as Steve Irwin's wife and two children were taking part in the main show...the show started with birds flying over our heads in the arena, from small birds to a 6ft wing span vulture!
Steve's Best friend Wes, his wife Terri and two children Bindi and Robert then came out and as Robert had just turnt 10 years old they thought he was ready to feed a crocodile in front of an audience! He had obviously learnt from the best and had no trouble feeding a small 3ft croc!...then the big one called "Monty" came out! Wes and Terri then stepped in and then the show really started! They got Monty worked up and at 1 point Wes was in the water tormenting him and even though I'm sure they know what they are doing it was a bit close for comfort! Terri and Bindi dangelled meat from a platform making Monty jump out of the water to grab it! This was pretty impressive!

We've all had a great day and it certainally didn't disappoint.
