On the road again to return our car at Versailles. Took the Train to Paris. Our hotel has a view of the Eiffel Tower. Walked the Grand Arnee to the Arch de Triumph. Continued walking towards the Eiffel Tower. This area is Glitz and Glam. Some stores people were standing in line to enter. Crossed the bridge. Met up with a tour group, Karl our guide lead us over to the tower and by-passed the lines. Like having a fast pass at Disney. The French have many stories about the tower and Paris. Many warnings about pick-pockets. Went to the second level then continued to the top. What a great view from up here. Descended the tower in time to watch it twinkle.
