Nice windy morning after a night rain. Headed towards Beziers. Instead of seeing more history. We detoured to Le Cap-d'Agde. Big tourist area; rides, tracks, yacht clubs and a wide beach lined with restaurants. Stepped into the Golfe du Lion. Walked along the water. Continued our drive to Sete, a port town with boardwalk, large fishing boats, and a crowed city centre. Our afternoon was at Auberge de Cassagne & Spa in Avignon-Le Pontet. Strolled thru the gardens on our way to our room. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool and sauna. Dinner was very French! Loved the dessert; roasted pineapple soaked cake, truffle & sorbet.
