Since we last blogged, we have adventured our way down from Scotland through England to the town of Diss. We are visting Brenda's cousin Mark and his lovely new wife Iwona, who are kindly letting us stay with them. We arrived in London on Wednesday night and spent the next two days exploring. On Thursday we joined a free tour where we saw Buckingham Palace, changing of the guard, Westminster Abbey and Parliament. We then walked along the Thames to the Tower Bridge. Quick update to let you know we have arrived safe and sound in London, far away from riots so far. Yesterday was a very long day - we spent the morning wandering around Moscow before taking the tube and express train to the airport. We then had a two hour wait at Copenhagen and discovered that Denmark does not have a duty free agreement with Russia the hard way.
