how is it all going over there,prob ably dun and dusted the octoberfest by now and on to something else.we are all good here,raining alot allblacks still winning,they play aussie next.probably go and see rach and kev this weekend,seem's sam is working really hard and rach is getting a bit lonely,so we'll go and destroy her house and leave her with something to really grumble about.catch u l8a

Hey Guys

Hows things going? I hit my goal weight this week so im in a pretty flippen good mood... Started doing kettle bells, google it if you have time, sam got us both 10kg weights, my shoulders are SO sore and the bum from the squats.... Girls are good both a bit sick at the moment not that you would know, Tyler still like to run around half naked if not fully naked, Hazel cut 4 more new teeth, still not walking or crawling but bum shuffles good, not talking either just yells and crys and screams....

Another great update guys. Pity about running out of time to explore belfast. Hope your not to bored sam with brenda at work. Things are great here suns out and warming up 17degrees here yesterday and pretty warm again today. Girls are good Hazels into EVERYTHING and even argues with her sister even though she cant actually talk, Tylers good all into fairys and dancing at the moment plus changing her clothes 3 or 4 times a day, Sam's good still working long horrible hours, boot camp is going really well 8.2km runs now slowly increasing them started running 5days aweek tyler really enjoys going out for a run and even manages to do some her self. well i hope your all safe and well and we would really like to skype again soon.

hi guys just catching up.i suppose u r in scotland by now, hows the lamprey study going bren, did u manage to get to county tyrone while you were in ireland .al is good here ,lost fred last night spent all night looking for him on the roads, got home bout 4am ,he turned up the next morning at his place just got lost and nobody knows where he went,anyway all is good now.

Boot camp is going really well starting to see some real results so thats good, having trouble with my iron levels though, dont worry i'm not preggo's yet, just really tired and having mean sore tummies. Sam's job's going great still working crazy hours though. Girls are good, Tyler is getting smarter and smarter by the day, is enjoing dancing and singing. Hazel is bum shuffling really well now and suprises me everyday with what she can actually do and how much she can get into for a baby that cant crawl lol, she's quite the funny guy. Hope your taking care of each other and are actually starting to miss you guys lots....

Hey you two...... sounds like your having loads of FUN, the weather here has been great loads of sun, my calf muscle is getting better and i ran for the whole bootcamp session this morning wasn't at full speed though still got a bit of a niggle there.

Popa's here tonight as him and Sam are going to a concert for Sams birthday which was on monday...

Girls are good both had their MMR booster shots today as there is an out break of measels in Auckland and they go back next week for their meningitus booster shot as there is also an outbreak of that in the south island at the moment with 1 or 2 people confirmed dead.
