Sam and Brenda's travels
Today was possibly the most expensive excursion yet, an amazing trip to Jungfrau, the top of Europe. We had to take three narrow gauge trains to get there. The second two were cog-driven and the third train was mainly inside the mountain itself! There were lots of beautiful alpine villages to see on the way up too. The views at the top were awesome and it was cool to see snow again. After a good look around, it was time for the 2.5 hour trip back. We attempted to walk to the lake from town but it turned out to be too far - good way to look around town though. The next morning we made a quick visit to the supermarket and then it was on a train to Venice!
