Well had a very funny day in Curacao, Hired a buggy and went for a small road trip around the island. Found some flamingos, lots of mud and a very beautiful beach all in a days work. the flamingos were great from what i saw as i spent about 10 seconds having to do an army roll out of some mud that i had got stuck in but with only one leg, i was obviously thinking i was a flamingo, noone saw this happen so noone could laugh at me apart from those who saw the state of my one leg after it. It was like proper quick sand and my flop was lost temporarily until ginny and mel saved the day with a very large stick, recovering the flop very sucessfully. next stop was a very idyllic beach to have a wash in the sea which i think i may have poluted from the look of the oil that was being rinsed from my leg.
it was quite a morning really but very lovely non the less.
Headed in to Punda and Willestad for a stroll around the shops. It reminded me of Copenhagen and Bergen, well the buildings did, obviously not the temperature or the people. Great Mexican food once again even though its not part of Mexico.
