Well yesterday was spent going around the Cape Horn. During the day it was a force 10 but then gradually dropped to a nice calm force 6 which isnt really that calm but it was ok. The skies were clear and the views fantastic. The Captain went round it fully. On the top is a place where you can get your passport stamped but this captain didnt stop however the one on my other ship did so have the stamp from there.
Well today was spent in Ushuaia which is the most southern city in the world. So not only have i been furthest north but now also south. Went into the Tierra del Fuego national park to see all the lakes and mountains. Not much wildlife about but it was very beautiful all the same. Will upload some pictures real soon but not sure they will do this place justice. If you get the chance to travel here then come its worth the visit for sure. Claire have found something on a par with Dubrovnik but in a different way.
There wasnt as much snow this time unlike 10 years ago all the peaks were covered which obviously means global warming is having a huge effect on things. Also the town has doubled in size and tourism is booming there.
