Day 40
Woke up feeling calm, don't have to walk anywhere today - read my book - got up late and got taxi to Pontemarin to meet Jeff for brunch. There's a street market on today and all the locals are out, guys standing in groups, hands in pockets tackety tacking away - no one much buying anything?
Got another taxi to Gonzar so I could walk the last 3kms with Jeff, but that was a mistake - it must be afternoons that stuff me and I dragged my feet. But interesting to walk past an archeological site of a Castle 1BC - could still see the earth fortifications a bit like a Pa site.
Hmm maybe will try a few kms first thing in the am to loosen me up?
