Today I went to work with Laura! We drive up and they wave and smile at Laura, happy to see her. They have their beds outside all huddled around yesterdays fire. At first this strikes me as strange. Another early start to watch the sunrise by Uluru, which is more spectacular than the sunset. We walk around the rest of Uluru, which takes three hours. I think its safe to say, I have had enough of walking at this point! We all climb back into the minibus and begin our 7 hour bus ride back to Alice Springs.

Woken up at 5.30am with the sound of a wooden spoon on a big saucepan. After breakfast by the fire we are of on another two hour drive back on ourselves, until we arrive at Kata Tjuta, National Park. Day 1 Pick up at 5.50 on Thursday. 3 hour hike at Kings Canyon and the sandstone domes of the lost city. Visit Amphitheatre, north and south walls and have a swim in the garden of eden.
