Today Derek and I set off for a day trip to the blue mountains, about a 2 hour train ride away from sydney. Some beautiful sights even though it wasn't very sunny. Although that didn't bother me too much as I'm still nursing some sunburn from the super strong Ozzie sunshine! Met some nice people from the UK today, a guy who is doing gap year travelling, and a girl who moved to Melbourne and invited her best gay friend over to see Mardi gras. Saw some breathtaking waterfalls (look out for the vid I will post). Always good to be one with nature....This evening I tried Australia's first gay beer, pink in colour called sparkle, I like it! Now I wonder if they do home delivery.....
