Landed in Bangkok finally, and is nothing what i expected it to be. as a capital city its cheap but not as cheap as i expected. Having a good time,staying down khoa san road which is absolutely hectic. went to see the thai boxing, was in a dodgy arena but was good to watch,dont understand how they bet but they where going crazy jumping around.

Then went around 3 temples,which we payed a driver 40 bat, which in uk is 80p.which included around 1 hour driving and waiting for us whilst we looked inside the temples!! the 1st was a sitting buddha and was amazing, 2nd was a 40m standing buddha, and then a 350 step climb to the third.after that we went to the palace which was closed because the dead body of the kings sister was being taken to the resting place so waited half an hour to see that which was basically about 100 cars driving past so was not worth it but good to say i was there i suppose!! off to chiang mai next!!
