5 After a six hour mini bus trip with all the lads we had met over the last few days we arrived in Vang Vieng. 4 From a place called Chang Kong we crossed the Laos border into Hay Xai, down the meng kok river to Pakbeng. After an overnight stay we arrived in a place called Luang Prabang.
