Today was an interesting one. Went to get the new motorcycle registered. those places are always the same no matter where in the world you are. Went on a tour of the caterpillar factory with Andre. A lot of the machinery is old but seems to do the simple things really well. I saw the machines I assemble with Duncan being constructed.
After a few misadventures with public transport I made it back to Bochum for a light lunch and a nap. I then walked around the city looking for an English printed camping guide. Didn't really expect to find one, I just used it as an excuse to go for a wonder. Didn't find it but got a haircut instead. The bike is nearly ready. I discovered through the registration process that there is some engine restrictions. Being dealt with as I write. Just finishing off the evening with a pills. Due to meet Andre after he finishes work. I plan on buying him enough beer to break his spine for all his help in getting me on my way. Good bloke.
