Dundein is a scottish settlers town, hence the gaelic version of Edinburgh for its name. It looks very similar to Edinburgh in the town centre and even has a statue of robert burns and a scottish shop where you can buy irn bru, tablet and shortbread.
We spent a couple of days here at a really nice hostel in the city centre. We went on a beer factory tour, drove up and down the worlds steepest road, saw penguins, albatrosses and the beautiful penisular to the east of Dundein.
It also had a nice town walk which took you past some of its more interesting buildings and we also went to the towns art gallery. Really liked it here and we would love to come back again to see a bit more of the surrounding areas.
