We went on a day trip from Tokyo to try and catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji but as the weather wasnt the clearest at this time of year we were unsure if we would be able to get a decent look! We arrived earlier at Tokyo international airport and managed to get accomadation through the tourist board at a japanese ryokan (guest house) near the centre of Tokyo.
