Our next stop was Phuket. Rather than taking that long bus drive, we decided to fly to Phuket airport. We went to Koran Beach. Koran beach is more peaceful than the famous Patong beach. It was my birthday that Thursday and we had delicious seafood and after we went Thai dancing (can't have a birthday without dancing). The bar/ club we went to (can't remember the name...) was impressive, fabulous cocktails, very London style. Phuket is very touristy and you don't really get to see much Thai culture here.
