Day 7 & 8 After a journey that should have only taken 10 hours, we arrived at the 'stunning' Hotel Apollo 20 hours after leaving our hotel in Varanassi. Day 5& 6 We arrived in Varanassi, and met off the Train by our Taxi driver who took us to our Hotel! It was so nice compared to our Hostel in Delhi, very impressed. We then got driven into the City and down to the Ganges, where we met our boatman (Babu), who took us onto his boat. Day 1- Chaos, cow's and crazy driving! Our first day was an experience we won't ever forget. After getting to our Hostel by Taxi and Rickshaw, up the main Bazaar we spent the whole morning and afternoon sleeping, due to no sleep on the plane.
